Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Community tier is free forever. For paid tiers, contact us and we'll set you up with a trial period before you commit.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll prorate any billing differences.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly. Contact us for annual pricing.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

The SDK is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. Your overall application architecture must also be compliant. We provide the tools and documentation to support your compliance efforts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.
